In 1997, the company was established in Yuanli Town, Miaoli County. The Taichung factory was added the following year, located in Daya Township, Taichung County.
The Ultrasonic Department was established and invested in the development and sales of special plastic welding equipment. And develop a variety of ultrasonic automation machinery sales, and obtain a number of patents in Taiwan/Hong Kong/Mainland.

In 2000, the welding OEM department was added to accept customer orders and plastic welding OEM.

In 2005, Wei Peng Technology Co., Ltd. was established to develop CNC machine tool parts sales, and to sell oil-water separators to major CNC machine tool manufacturers. At the same time, it applied for patents and passed CE certification. The average monthly sales volume is 300 units sold all over the world.

In 2007, the ultrasonic washer equipment department was established, and ultrasonic-related peripheral products were developed to expand the business scope and invest in more areas of life.

In 2012, the second factory was established. Established CNC machining department. Established a product foundry department. To undertake a professional assembly plant for electronic/mechanical parts.

In 2014, undertook the assembly of the series products of Seiko Seiko Timing Systems (Stock) Co., Ltd. of Japan.

2015 Developed eco-friendly bag automation machinery and obtained Taiwan patent. Professional production of PP non-woven fabric/PP woven fabric eco-friendly shopping bags.

In 2016, developed a household ultrasonic cleaning machine for removing pesticides and fruits and vegetables. Currently, it is actively opening up channels for sales.

At the beginning of 2017, the ultrasonic human body induction essential oil sprayer was developed and obtained a patent in Taiwan.

Wei Peng also responds to energy conservation and environmental protection as the direction that industrial manufacturers must strive for today. Launch of energy-saving LED work light manufacturing. Supply machine accessories for CNC machine tools from the existing customer base.

In 2019, Well Plum Technology created another home product brand "FROM TOP".

In 2021, the brand of FROMTOP  will obtain the trademark registration certificate of the Republic of China.

Won the 8th Taiwan Service Innovation Award in 2023.
The product representative of the "fully automatic ultrasonic vegetable and fruit cleaning machine" went to the Paris International Invention Exhibition competition and won the silver medal on behalf of Miaoli County.

In 2024, the International Exhibition of Inventions in Paris participated in the competition with a new patent for "multifunctional ultrasonic cleaning equipment" and won the gold medal.
